This sports jacket took over 2 months to make. The shoulders are 1/2 hard stainless steel, the border is tempered bronze, and the rest is 5356AL. The ring size used was 7/32". The jacket weighs about 10lbs. In this case i learned from my tux coat and made sure to use the lightest materials i could get that would still remain strong enough. The shoulder pads were 24ga work hardened steel, with leather/denim pads underneath. The buttons were fused bronze wire that was then forged. I just spent the last, at least 20 waking hours working on this, so i havent much more to say at the moment. I might add more later.
